About Jack

Hailing from Queensland, Australia, Jack has been a student, tradesman, musician, traveller and a lifelong lover of epic fantasy. In his earlier years he was heavily influenced by all the usual suspects – Gemmell, Jordan and Erikson to name a few – but has in recent times been inspired by the new wave of fantasy and science fiction authors. With this in mind he strives to pay homage to the classics while pushing the speculative genre forward in new and exciting ways. A husband and father of two, he is the author of both the Hallowed and Everdeep Sagas.
